After running "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa", updating and
ugprading, I have now Version 7.0.3.1 (Help --> About LibreOffice).
Fortunately, the problem is no longer present.

But I must critically add that for a normal user it is sophisticated work to
add external sources and to update and upgrade. So it would probably better to
have the latest version in the packages by default.
