The commands in Writer to assign a language to a selection, paragraph or whole
text (Tools > Language) cannot be found in Tools > Customize... > Keyboard.
It would be time-saving when these commands are useable by shortcut keys
instead of using the statusbar (where the language part is not always visible
especially when the document window is not as wide as the screen) or the main
menu.
