I find "Deutsch (Deutschland)" under Tools > Options > Language > UI if the
installation was done in German. The default "English (USA)" is not listed.
Even after removing C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\resource\de, I get
only "German (Germany)" in the dropdown (the UI is in English then, of course).
