The original file has 0 as value in B8;B10;b11;b12;b13.
Opening the file with a compressor program, on OneMonth.xlsx\xl\worksheets open
sheet1.xml to see what are the formulas and values in cells.
Two options, doing a hard-recalc [Ctrl+Shif+F9] or setting up the option to
always recalculate excel files on load Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice
calc/Formula.
In my opinion not a bug.
