FTR: in Calc, alignment of decimal separator is currently done using "?"
decimal placeholder instead of "#" [1], and monospace font.
So the missing decimal places are not dropped, but replaces with spaces, and
that allows to have all cells formatted that way with aligned decimal
separators.
