Once that a Cell is Changed, internally is performed the calculation, but some
cells in the screen doesn't update their values.
Please check the following file change Cell D2 and pay attention to Cells in
row D8 and below. At the same time, the result of Cells in row D are referenced
in column L. Those cells update, and therefore the plot is updated. Once the
document is for example minimized and expanded, all the cells are updated.
