Unfortunately that is not a direct link, but a redirection URL. To know what
mirror that link would choose, you need to look what
https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/7.0.3/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_7.0.3_Win_x64.msi.mirrorlist
shows in "List of best mirrors ...".
