Problem description:
Insert > Footnote/Endnote... is completely unfunctional.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit a writer document (ODF format).
2. Press Insert > Footnote/Endnote...
3. Observe that nothing whatsoever happens.
Current behavior:
Nothing.
Expected behavior:
Dialog to insert a footnode or endnote.
Operating System: Ubuntu
