Description:
Make printjob a background process and replace they print dialog with an icon
in status bar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Type some text & press print
Actual Results:
A stupid progress bar appears which seems some remaining antique of the past
Expected Results:
No print job progress bar.. bit separate thread.. so you can do something else?
Note: problem is worse because printstack on Windows somewhat slow.. I reported
that a while back somewhere. Export PDF + print double as fast compared to
direct print [but kind off-topic here except they dialog becoming even more
boring :-]
