Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Double click ABC
3. Type C
4. Undo everything
5. CTRL+H
6. Search ABC
7. Replace by C
8. Place replace -> Expected
Actual Results:
Image disappears
Expected Results:
Text disappears anchor still present
