This seems to be related to the "Lock toolbar" functionality. In 7.0 it was
possible to undock the toolbar even if the toolbar was locked. I reproduce the
"corruption" in this case. However, in 7.1 (or at least latest master) the
undocking menu item is disabled.
Jim: can you re-test with 7.1 and confirm my findings?
