thank you for the reply.
How to reset the user profile?
I found in your link something about a safe-mode, which never started for me in
the past.
And I can read, where the user data are located.
But not such a thing, what is the profile exactly and how to "reset".
and a hard thing:
if my LO is instable and I cannot say, when and how it crashes, - how can I say
if "the problem is fixed"?
so, I am afraid, I am no step further.
