Where did you put the setup?
Reading https://kb.palisade.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=1776, it may be related
to "My Documents" location.
Anyway, download last stable LO version 6.4.7 or brand new 7.0.3 and either put
it in a location like c:\tmp or follow the link quoted.
Also, please respond in English if possible so people may help without needing
to use Google translate.
