The cycle case transliterations (<Shift>+F3) apply to selection, or if no
selection to current word at the edit cursor. Except for the Sentence case
which remains borken -- bug 49033 and always applies to the the full text run
of a sentence.

It was put into the cycle case for bug 116315, but its behavior needs to be
tweaked--for no selection and with selection. 

Meanwhile need to pay attention when using the cycle case--it will clobber
adjacent words as described. 

Or, just use the individual controls on the Format -> Text menu, or set a
keyboard shortcut in the Customize dialog.
