I cannot reproduce. (I thought I could reproduce when I started a new document
and saved it as .ott. Then the next save is of course still as OTT. However,
it I restart LO and open the .ott, then it always opens as "untitled")
Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 with 6.4.7, 7.0, 7.2 master.
