Summary: [FILEOPEN] Importing a xlsx file with AutoFilter
leaves ghost range definition
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.7.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
Original AutoFilter range remains valid, although new AutoFilter range is set.
Need to copy and paste the data to a new spreadsheet to avoid the issue.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a xlsx file that includes autofilters (in my case, answers from a MS
Forms in Calc)
2. Hide AutoFilter
3. Add some columns to the right (D:F in the sample file)
4. Add AutoFilter
5. Apply AutoFilter
6. Hide AutoFilter
Actual Results:
Steps 4, 5 and 6 do not take in account the new columns if done while cursor is
in the original columns.
Steps 4, 5 and 6 works if done while cursor is in the new columns.
Expected Results:
When hidding AutoFilter range must be automatically reseted.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
