Use scroolbar not accurate in new release
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open and create document in Writer
2. Make several pages by enterring enter or some text
3. Navigate on pages using cursour mouse or keyboard
Actual Results:
Navigate bar not correct position
Expected Results:
Navigate bar in correct position
Reproducible: Always
