Step to reproduce
open test file
cell B4 has a conditional formatting (you can try with different cell value 0 ;
6 ; 12)
Copy all sheet "feuille1" CTRL + A
paste in sheet "feuille2"
the cell B4 on sheet "feuille2" has no conventional formatting
the bug has been confirmed on LibO 3.6.4.3 and LibO 3.6.5.2
It works fine on LibO 3.5.7 and OpenOffice 3.4.0
So, I add the Keyword regression
