UI: Make crop area in Image Properties dialog crop tab movable
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Image -> Properties -> Crop tab
3. There is preview of the crop.. showing a dotted frame
Actual Results:
Dotted frame is 'actual preview' not interactive
Expected Results:
Make it dynamic.. so you can drag & drop it around to get the right area while
seeing the whole image at the same time
Reproducible: Always
