1. Open Template Manager (Crtl+Shift+N)
2. Create a new category (Settings-New Category) (so that you can delete it)
3. Delete the new category (Settings-Delete Category)
(Because of bug 132042, you may need Settings-Refresh, between steps 2 and 3)
Result: "Do you want to delete the selected folders?"
Problems:
1. afaict - only possible to delete one category (i.e., could not find a way
to select more than one in the dialog) => "selected folder"
(or is this a bug? i.e., should be able to select more than one?)
2. While it is true that the category is implemented as a directory (folder) on
the backend, from the user's front end (even with the new listview), these
directories are presented as "Categories" => "folders" --> "category"
