Having spent most of a weekend teasing out the problems and reducing them to
VERY SIMPLE documents containing instructions as to how recreate the problems
-- including lock-ups! -- I find the dismissive tone of this response very
disappointing. I thought I had gone to a lot of trouble to be helpful.
I will file new reports.
