Description:
When a document containing a title page is opened, the existence of the title
page is not taken into account in page number fields.
The title page has to be added again every time the document is opened.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached document.
2. Follow instructions in document.
Actual Results:
Page numbering in the footer starts at 2, despite the presence of the title
page.
Expected Results:
Existence of title page should be taken into account.
Reproducible: Always
