On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today + gtk3 + patch from
gerrit, the move works but copy doesn't work (even when using Ctrl or shift +
using or not the small patch about DND_ACTION_COPYMOVE instead of
DND_ACTION_COPY from
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54021#c48).
