Hope you don't have both LO versions in the same time.
Anyway, I think the best thing to do is:
- remove any LO version
- make sure everything is up-to-date on your system
- install only 7.0.4rc2
- remove LO profile to be sure it's clean
give a new try first in safe mode and if ok, in normal mode
If you still reproduce this the crash at launching, I must recognize I'm stuck.
