(Some pointless styles used for the date that gets rendered broken.) Unfortunately I am not able to see these differences just in LO's UI. (I hate GUi tools that aren't capable of showing what actually is present in a document...) So presumably the PDF export code gets confused by that, or something. What would *really* be helpful is to have a *minimal* reproduction case, of course. (The attached sample file, even if as such quite small, is far from minimal.)
