Looks like a issue related to locale settings. Loading the file in LibreOffice
with English (USA) locale reproduces the issue and adjusting cell formats
properly is required. Loading the file in LibreOffice with German (Germany)
locale, which is with respect to EURO formatting almost the same than Italian
setting, the problem does not reproduce.
