Confirmed, but only with Skia rendering.
Current skia Vulkan denylist [1] allows nVidia GPU with drivers > 457.36.0
But, this is a dupe of bug 138973 and has been patched [2]. Affecting builds
from 2020-12-15 -> 2020-12-18
