Rotated image crossing page borders is moved down on DOCX export
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 140588 (bug 116371)
2. Export to DOCX
3. File reload
Actual Results:
Image moves down within page margin
Expected Results:
Should be positioned similar.. DOCX doesn't allow of page images it seems
Reproducible: Always
