LibreOffice Windows starting slower?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bibisect repro 7.0 master appears to start faster compared to bibisect repro
7.1 oldest with a clean profile (and multiple runs)
Actual Results:
8 seconds with 7.1 and up initial start or sub sequential runs
6 seconds with 7.0 first run.. second time 4 seconds
For me it takes 4 seconds until start screen appears another 4 seconds before
being inside start center
Expected Results:
7.0 behaviour
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
