Optimal wrap in DOCX export delivers different result compared to ODT (causing
different layout)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
Actual Results:
No wrap around shape in ODT, present in DOCX
Expected Results:
The optimal wrap ODT probably broken.. see also bug 132928
Reproducible: Always
