Didn't notice anything obviously wrong in the scrolling area. And the OpenGL
part doesn't make much sense.. 7.0 uses Skia Raster/Vulkan (OpenGL is still
present in a hidden corner of the code.. but more a temporarily left over for
testing purposes.
Please copy the help-about Window. And consider resetting the profile. Help ->
Safemode.
If that's still not helping: Tools -> Options -> view -> Check Force skia
sofware and press OK & restart..
