I believe this functionality, of selecting which styles to import, used to
exist, see bug 60589, but was dropped (or converted) to the current "Load
Styles" dialog (which allows selection among different style categories).
But even that slightly less differentiated possibility (offered in "Load
Styles") is not offered in the "open file" dialog, which is the question here.
