weld DirectSQLDialog
I tried to reproduce this and it's still modal at least for gtk3 (I don't
reproduce this with gen rendering).
However, when moving cursor outside direct sql dialog, the cursor is in a
"waiting state".
I don't know why there's this "waiting state" or why with gen rendering it's
not modal but perhaps they're both hints.
