Reproduced with: 7.2.0.0alpha+
Double-click a field (the "format" is shown in the Edit dialog), but
using "Next" (or "Previous") field in Edit Field does not show the "Format"
setting for other fields, and does not show format for the original field that
was used to start the dialog.
