I have now tested the example-database.
I understand the problem in the following way:
You can set a backgroundcolor in a listbox. When you will select something in
the listbox the selected item is shown in the default-color of the window-maker
of your system. When you leave the listbox, the choosen backgroundcolor is
shown again.
There is a possibility in the model of a listbox to change the background-color
of the listbox, too. If you set the background-color of the listbox with a
macro, the color changes, but the content, which is shown, would always be
marked like the default-color of the listbox. The listbox doesn't work with the
same behavior as before. The shown text would always be marked.

I will add an attachemnt, which shows this behavior. Change this bug to New.
