tdf#130456 sw: enable semi-transparent text for char style dialog
That commit added SVX_ENABLE_CHAR_TRANSPARENCY on this dialog. With this
control, the dialog grows taller and thus the OK/Cancel buttons are not visible
on small displays.
A solution may be putting the "Transparency" control to the right of "Font
Color".
