If it is specifically for Dutch, please report them here
https://github.com/OpenTaal/opentaal-hunspell/issues We have a list of these
specific cases which are taken care of the Dutch dictionary.
There is a new version of the Dutch dictionary coming to Libre Office (after
nine years), see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=139388
However, please report these issues nevertheless so we double check and fix
them.
Then, better close this bug as Libre Office cannot help you with this.
