I assume you're using offline help. But finally I found the help-page you refer
to [1] and I agree, that this page should be updated
Step 4 ist unclear (it doesn't appear a new box and you don't have to choose a
new name)
Step 7 is missing the infomrmation, that you set to default in the context
menue
