Description:
When I create a master slide and use an SVG as background bitmap, the SVG is
not rendered correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an empty Impress document with no template
2. Open the Master slides view
3. Go to Slide properties
4. Select Bitmap
5. Add/import an SVG file
6. Switch to Normal view
Actual Results:
The background is not rendered correctly.
Expected Results:
The background should be rendered correctly.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
