Sample PPTX that shows the issue
* Created a pptx with MS PowerPoint 2010 that has a SmartArt of the typed
GroupedList (sample attached)
* Open in LibreOffice 3.6.4.3 on Windows 7
* The headings in SmartArt is not rendered (sample attached)
Expected: Headings should be rendered like in M$Office (sample attached).
