Setting as enhancement, but pretty certain this has been debated to death
already. Do we prepare all langpacks as part of the main app bundle, thereby
increasing its size for download ?
Which langs would we include ?
>From my side, one major advantage I see is that we would immediately get rid of
all those terrible bugs that affect langpack installation and trying to write
into a protected signed app bundle.
