When we write Pali text with Thai characters, there are some characters written
with different glyphs or need different position placing. While many fonts have
provided glyph substitution already, we still have to put ":lang=pi" in the
font selection combobox to have LibreOffice choose the right glyph. It would be
intuitive to have a choice of "Pali Thai" in the language list.
