So would use Interactive Frame with a Column (.uno:InsertFrameInteract) vs.
current Text Box (.uno:DrawText)
Would require a lot of import/export filter changes; and would have to consider
handling of existing documents.
Very disruptive and considerable work, not clear it is worth it.
