Description:
Delay value increasing, no way to stop it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. An image has already an effect
2. Click on same image for a new effect to be combined with 1.
3. Click + to enter new effect
Actual Results:
Both images highlighted in the effect list.
I choose the second one and click on the delay arrows --> value increases in a
loop and there's no way to stop it but closing app and reopening.
Expected Results:

Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Clicking on up/down arrow of the delay does not help.
