Naming of the toolbars is different. In Draw/Impress it is named "Line and
Filling" and in Writer/Calc "Drawing Object Properties". Both are context
sensitive. If you do not like to work with the Sidebar, then you only need to
enable it once.
This toolbar exchanges nicely with toolbar "Text Object"/"Text Formatting" in
Writer/Calc and "Text Formatting" in Draw/Impress.
