--- Comment #11 from Kohei Yoshida <[email protected]> --- I got it. To reproduce this one, it's important to NOT touch or move the chart after it's been pasted onto the new sheet. You can see that right after it's pasted, the anchor icon is at the top-left corner regardless of where the chart has landed.
