In Writer, saving a document in the DocBook format does incorrect conversion of
bulleted (unordered) lists. They should get the DocBook tag <itemizedlist> but
instead they get <orderedlist>.
Given that bullet lists are pretty basic formatting, I think this is an
important issue to fix.
To reproduce: create a simple document with bullet list. Save as DocBook. View
the resulting XML.
