_Move_ X up/down is less clear since moving could mean to place the chapter
somewhere else in the document, makes reading in a glimpse harder because both
start with Move, and the terms are in use since the dawn of time and familiar
to the users (or localized).
So I take Stuarts comment and resolve the issue as NAB and let Jim reopen in
case he advocates for some other terms.
