Multiple heading can be selected in the 'Outline Content Navigation View' mode.
Then right click to display the context menu and choose Select. The word count
for the selection made will show in the status bar word count area.
>From the Help for version 7.2 -
If you only want to view the entries in a certain category, select the category
and click the Content View icon. Until you click the icon again, only the
objects of this category will be displayed.
The Content View icon is the first icon in the second row tools area above the
content tree.
