Try running the following command from the Terminal:
codesign -vvv --deep --strict /Applications/LibreOffice.app
with LibreOffice shut down/ not running and then restarting LibreOffice.
This is only a workaround, the bug is still present. Every time you switch
versions, upgrade, etc, you might have to run this command again until the bug
gets fixed.
